The Bill (Reg.№4109) regulates the same issues as the adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the fifth Convocation on the 27th of July 2007 Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Living Fund of Social Designation". Still, "the Document was not signed by the President of Ukraine as the Parliament had no authority".
The authors declared that according to the Bill the houses of night stay, reintegration centers, social hotels should de derived to the institutions of the social protection for the homeless.
The norm of the bill envisages that if the person who receives the service if the social center for the homeless has no documents that verifies the personality the corresponding body of the local self-governing provides the new document during two months etc.
The Members of the committee deem that the adoption of the Law facilitate the realization of the actions aimed at the formation of the united system if the social services through the network of the estates of the social protection of the homeless.
